It is not a place to perform or produce.
It is a place to pause, listen, and remember that you are not alone.
Grounded in trauma-informed values of dignity, curiosity, and care, conversation unfolds gently, shaped by lived experience rather than urgency or expectation.
You are welcome to speak, to listen, or simply to be present.

Often referred to as The Ripple, the program is grounded in a simple truth: meaningful change spreads through relationship, practice, and presence — not through mandates or checklists.
Rooted in TIDC principles, the B.U.F.F.E.R. framework, and Caring Science, The Ripple supports teams as they begin the work of implementation within their own units — thoughtfully, relationally, and in context.
Participation in the pilot requires at least one Trauma-Informed Professional (TIP) learner or graduate on the unit, ensuring a shared foundation and common language for the work ahead.
As a pilot, The Ripple is intentionally small and reflective — a collaborative space to learn together, refine the model, and understand what truly supports trauma-informed care to take root and ripple outward.
