This is not a program you rush to complete.
Rooted in care. Rising in courage. Growing in community.
There comes a point in a long life of caring when you stop asking, “What more do we need to know?” and begin asking, “How do we carry this work without losing ourselves?”
I have spent decades walking alongside babies, families, clinicians, educators, and leaders in some of the most vulnerable moments of human life. I have witnessed breathtaking tenderness and profound suffering. I have seen care offered with extraordinary love, and I have seen the quiet toll that work takes on those who give so much of themselves.
Here is what I know to be true: Most clinicians are not burning out because they don’t care. They are burning out because they care deeply — inside systems that were never designed to hold that level of humanity.
Trauma-informed care was never meant to be a checklist. It was meant to be a way of being with ourselves, with one another, and with those we serve. TIP 2.0 exists because I believe with my whole heart that caregivers deserve education that honors their nervous systems, their lived experience, their moral courage, and their longing to practice in alignment with their values.
This program is not about doing more. It is about becoming more coherent, grounded, and whole in how you show up.
The 16-week cohort offers a rhythm, not a race.
Within that rhythm, we gather in community through biweekly Integration circles: spaces for reflection, connection, and meaning-making. These gatherings are not about keeping up with content, but about noticing what is unfolding in you and in your practice.
Learning, in this way, becomes less about completion...and more about integration.
As we move into 2026, I feel a deep sense of responsibility to this work. Healthcare is changing. The world is changing. And the way we care for one another must continue to evolve with intention, courage, and compassion.
The cohort model is a reflection of that knowing. Learning happens best in relationship. Healing happens in community. Leadership grows when we are witnessed and supported.
If you are here because something in you feels tired, hopeful, curious, or quietly called, I want you to know this: You do not need to have it all figured out to begin; You do not need to be “more ready” or “less affected”; You do not need to move at anyone's else's pace.
Your presence, your questions, and your humanity are enough.
TIP 2.0 is an invitation to walk this path together to learn, reflect, and grow in a way that supports not only what you do, but who you are becoming.
If this resonates, I would be honored to welcome you into the 2026 cohort model.
Take care and care well,
Mary
This program is for clinicians, educators, and leaders who feel the weight of their work—and are seeking a way to carry it with integrity, clarity, and connection.
If you find yourself nodding to any of the following:
Trauma-informed care must include the caregiver
Learning is relational, not isolating
Leadership is something you grow into, not perform
Structure can feel supportive rather than constraining
Integration matters more than completion
This work is too important—and too sacred—to do alone
Then you are in the right place.
In 2026, TIP 2.0 has evolved from an open, self-paced format into a guided, cohort-based learning experience. This shift is intentional and deeply trauma-informed.
Rather than moving through content alone, participants are invited into a shared rhythm of learning — one that supports reflection, connection, and integration over time.
Because meaningful learning requires:
predictability
safety
relational support
shared meaning-making
gentle accountability
and a space that helps the nervous system stay engaged
Over the years, learners have expressed a desire for more connection, more community, and more guidance as they engage this work.
The cohort model honors those needs while preserving the spaciousness required for true integration.
Cohorts are offered throughout the year, with opportunities to join as an individual or as part of a dedicated team-based experience.
Trauma-informed practice is not something you master alone. It deepens in conversation, in perspective-taking, and in being seen as you make meaning of the work.
Predictability can reduce overwhelm, support focus, and create the conditions for engagement. A cohort offers structure — not as constraint, but as support.
You will gather in eight live virtual Integration Circles (90 minutes each), held every other week.
These gatherings are not content review sessions.

This scholarship is intended for individuals who feel deeply called to trauma-informed developmental care but who may encounter financial, structural, or systemic barriers to participation.
The Reflective Scholar Scholarship is not merit-based in the traditional sense. It honors reflective capacity, lived experience, and commitment to humane care, recognizing that some of the most grounded leaders emerge from spaces where access has not always been equitable.
Scholarship support may include:
Partial tuition support ($500 USD) for TIP 2.0

TIP 2.0 has evolved from a fully self-paced experience into a guided, cohort-based journey.
This shift reflects what we know about trauma-informed learning: that meaningful change happens in relationship, through reflection, and over time.
The cohort model offers a shared rhythm, Integration Circles, and a learning experience that supports both structure and spaciousness.
The core cohort experience unfolds over 16 weeks.
This timeframe provides a supportive rhythm for engagement and connection — but it is not a deadline for completion.
You are invited to move at a pace that allows for meaningful reflection and integration, and you may continue your learning beyond the 16 weeks as needed.
Live participation is encouraged, as the Integration Circles offer a unique space for reflection, connection, and shared meaning-making.
To support a meaningful cohort experience, participants are asked to engage with at least 6 of the 8 Integration Circles (live or via recording) as part of the certification process.
This is not about perfect attendance. It is about ensuring you have enough opportunity to experience the relational and reflective aspects of the program — where insight often deepens and integration begins.
If you need to miss a session, recordings are available, and you are welcome to engage in a way that supports your life and capacity.
Replays are available and can be a supportive way to stay connected to the material when life happens.
At the same time, the live Integration Circles offer something distinct.
TIP is intentionally designed as a guided, reflective, human experience — where insight, awareness, and integration often deepen through shared conversation, presence, and community.
While it is possible to engage with the program through recordings, participants are encouraged to join live whenever they can, as these relational spaces are an important part of the learning experience.
Life happens — and this program is designed with that reality in mind.
You may pause, slow down, or continue your learning over time.
Ongoing community gatherings are available beyond the cohort to support continued integration when you are ready.
This work can be meaningful — and at times, activating.
You are encouraged to move at your own pace, take breaks as needed, and engage with the material in a way that supports your well-being.
The program is designed with nervous system awareness in mind, and you are not expected to push through discomfort without support.
Participation in TIP is not about performance or perfection.
You are invited to:
a.) engage with the material
b.) reflect on your experience
c.) participate in Integration Circles when possible
d.) and explore how the work is showing up in your practice
There is no single “right” way to participate.
You are not behind.
This program is not designed to be completed on a fixed timeline, but to be integrated over time.
You are always welcome to re-engage, revisit material, and continue at your own pace.
TIP does not end at 16 weeks.
Graduates are invited to continue in the broader TIP community, where ongoing gatherings support reflection, application, and leadership development.
This work continues to evolve with you.
On average, participants spend a few hours per week engaging with the material and attending biweekly gatherings.
That said, the program is designed to be flexible.
You are encouraged to engage in a way that feels sustainable for your life and responsibilities.
The Forum is available as a space for connection, reflection, and shared learning.
Participation is welcomed, but not required.
You are invited to engage in whatever way feels most meaningful and supportive to you.
Yes. All Integration Circles are recorded and made available for later viewing.
To receive your TIP Certificate, you will:
a.) Complete the three Level Integration Projects
b.) Engage meaningfully with the learning materials
c.) Participate in the Integration Circles (live or via recording)
Certification reflects your engagement and integration of the work — not speed or perfection.
Yes. If your schedule or circumstances change, we will work with you to find a pathway that supports your continued participation.
TIP offers both pay-in-full and flexible payment options.
Details are available on the enrollment page, and we are happy to support you in choosing what works best for you.
Be part of a learning experience grounded in
connection, reflection, and meaningful change.
Be part of the legacy.
