The Presence Workshop is a soulfully designed, trauma-informed experience for NICU clinicians ready to move beyond burnout, beyond routine, and back into relationship—with themselves, their teams, and the families they serve.

Blending neuroscience, reflective practice, and the real-world application of Trauma-Informed Developmental Care (TIDC), this workshop invites participants to explore how their presence—not just their protocols—shapes outcomes for babies, families, and themselves.

In this 4-hour, CE-eligible workshop, participants will:

Understand the science of trauma, early life adversity, and relational health
Apply the Core Measures of TIDC in common NICU scenarios
Reflect on how clinician identity, intention, and presence can become a healing intervention
Explore systemic barriers—and discover the micro-breakthroughs still possible
Reconnect with their "why" in a space that honors both soul and science
